Constipação is when you find it difficult to poo or don’t go as often as usual, often causing discomfort or bloating. It can be caused by a lack of fibre, not drinking enough fluids, not being active, ignoring the urge to go, or certain medications and medical conditions.

Gastroenterite is an infection that causes diarrhoea and vomiting. It is usually caused by a virus or bacteria from contaminated food, water, or contact with someone who's infected.
