Why we’ve partnered with ORB
We’ve teamed up with ORB - a secure, clinician-led UK service - to make reading and downloading your GP records easier than ever. Here’s what that means for you:
Full visibility, whenever you need it. View all your consultation notes, test results, prescriptions, hospital letters, diagnoses, allergies, and immunisations in one place, from any device. No more juggling different sources or waiting for paper copies.
Empowerment and peace of mind. Because your health record is personal, you decide who sees it and when. Linking your record is entirely consent-based, and you can stop sharing or adjust access at any time. You remain in control.
Built on trust and safety. ORB is NHS-assured and designed to meet the highest standards of data protection. Your privacy and security are at the core, so you can be confident in how your information is handled.
What you can see
Voltar ao conteúdoOnce you’re signed in, you’ll be able to view your GP record which includes:
Consultation notes (when available).
Diagnoses and medical conditions.
Medications (current and past).
Alergias and adverse reactions.
Test results and hospital letters.
Vaccination/immunisation history.
Availability of some items depends on your GP practice and what they’ve chosen to make visible in your online record.

What’s in it for you
Voltar ao conteúdoAccessing your GP record brings concrete benefits that go far beyond curiosity:
You have the full picture. When you have all your health data in one trusted place, you’re better equipped to see patterns over time - see what’s improved, what needs more attention, and prompt better conversations with your healthcare team.
You save time. No waiting for appointment summaries, prescriptions, or test results to arrive by post. No chasing up loose notes. Everything you need is accessible when you need it.
Better care, more coordination. Whether you're consulting with your GP, specialist, private therapist, or a new clinician, having shared, consistent information reduces duplication, helps avoid mistakes, and supports quicker, more tailored treatment.
You feel more in control. Knowing what’s in your records helps you prepare for appointments, make decisions, track your health goals, and keep your records accurate (you can spot and correct mistakes).

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is a disability benefit for people aged 16 to 66 in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It provides extra financial support if you live with a long-term health condition or disability, whether or not you’re currently working. Applying for PIP can feel complicated, but the PIP Helper has been created to make the process easier and less stressful.
