Ingredients for Matcha-Mango Smoothie

  • 1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated

  • 425ml frozen cubed mango

  • 240ml plain whole-milk yoghurt

  • 2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoons agave syrup (optional)

Purée ginger, mango, yoghurt, matcha, vanilla, agave syrup, if using, and 120ml cold water in a blender until smooth, then divide between glasses.
