Why this happens

Both medicines have 'anticholinergic' properties. Trimbow contains glycopyrronium, which works by blocking certain receptors in the lungs, while cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate also block similar receptors throughout the body. When used together, these effects add up.

Use this combination with caution. If you notice a very dry mouth, blurred vision, or if you find it difficult to pee, speak to your doctor or pharmacist. It is particularly important to be careful if you have glaucoma or prostate problems, as this combination can make those conditions worse.
