Why this happens
Betahistine works as a histamine analogue (specifically an H1 agonist). Nefopam has significant anticholinergic activity. These two mechanisms are pharmacologically opposite; the anticholinergic effect of nefopam may antagonise (block) the histamine-related benefits of betahistine.

Treatment and medication
Can I take Empagliflozin and Mirtazapine together?
There is no direct interaction between empagliflozin and mirtazapine. However, both medications can occasionally cause a drop in blood pressure when you stand up (postural hypotension). Taking them together might slightly increase the risk of feeling dizzy or light-headed.

Treatment and medication
Can I take Abilify and Fluoxetine together?
Taking fluoxetine with Abilify (aripiprazole) can significantly increase the amount of Abilify in your bloodstream. This makes you much more likely to experience side effects such as extreme sleepiness, restlessness (feeling like you cannot sit still), uncontrollable body movements (tremors or twitching), and dizziness. There is also a small but serious risk of a heart rhythm problem called QT prolongation.
