Why this happens
Tamsulosin works by relaxing certain muscles to help with urine flow, which can lower blood pressure. Levothyroxine is a thyroid hormone that can increase heart rate. When used together, the heart may have to work harder to maintain blood pressure, which can lead to a fast or irregular heartbeat.
